Rapallo
Someone once told me, that the best way to see the world is on a motorcycle… So, here I am in the beautiful town of Rapallo, approx. 50km away from Genoa, Italy.
In October Rapallo’s port was destroyed by a combination of high waves and strong winds after the port’s wave breaking levy had collapsed. More than 350 boats were ruined with over 100 of them still submerged under the water.
If you are in the area on business or if you just feel like taking your loved one on a short weekend trip, I can highly recommend this little town. There are many beautiful hotels and romantic restaurants along the coast. The people are very friendly and the area certainly would benefit from a bit of tourist cash 😉
